All praise & recognition to your management & staff for their wonderful service render to me during my visit.

On one occasion I left my purchase of a GQ’s slacks at the cashier counter dated 14^th December 2010.

I come back to your shopping center on 24^th December 2010 and reported my case to Puan Emah (management staff), she quickly responded and checked with the relative department. Within half an hour I get back my slack from Puan Emah and was told that it was keeping safely with the honest GQ’s promoter.

What a relief for me, having experience on such wonderful services. I truly appreciate such a service from your staff.
